Building Maintenance Engineer
Ideal Candidate:
- An academic degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years of work experience of which 5 years should be in similar capacity.
- Should be able to read & understand MEP drawings and detailed blueprints that show the design layout and installation of a building Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems.
- Should have experience in maintaining passenger elevators & VRV Airconditioning systems.
- Should have the confidence to upkeep the building in good order.
- Ability to direct lead and motivate the subordinates.
- Be fluent in English Language both written and oral with communication and presentation skills.
- Age 35 – 40 years.
