Senior Sales Executives (Condominium Industry)
Starting Salary
Starting LKR 75,000 (with EPF + ETF) + Commission + Travel Allowance
Overview
We are seeking three dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executives with a proven track record in sales excellence and customer relationship management.
Hiring Details
- Female Candidate: Office-based (Based at our Kandy office, responsible for handling in-house sales inquiries, conducting property tours for prospective clients)
- Male Candidate: Field-based (Responsible for field sales, client meetings, and business development activities across the Central and Western Province)

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in High-End Lifestyle Condominium Industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Telephone Etiquette
- Male candidates with a Valid driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
- Skills in Digital Marketing
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
