Area Sales Manager (Southern Area)

We are seeking a dynamic, result oriented and hardworking individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate & Implement the strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities & ensure sustainable market growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and analyze promotional effectiveness to refine sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular field visits, lead the team & assess the training needs to align with meet company objectives.
  • Build & Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, customers & Other key stakeholders.
  • Manage Distributor ROI for better profitability.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified in SLIM, CIM or an equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in similar role.
  • Relevant experience from other Industries will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication, Computer Literacy & Presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Age below 40 years.
