Night Auditor
Join our team at Tree of Life Nature Resort, where nature meets hospitality. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to ensure the smooth operation of our front office during the night shift.
NIGHT SHIFT
A key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and the security of our resort at night.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit and balance all hotel accounts and reports at the end of the day
- Ensure accurate posting of transactions in the property management system
- Prepare daily reports, night audit reports, and other required reports
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during the night
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel premises
- Assist with reservations and other front office duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and front office operations
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently during night shifts
