1. Executive / Senior Executive Key Accounts & Portfolio Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Service, develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of insurance clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure service excellence
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently managing an insurance portfolio (insurance company or broker)
- 2 or more years of experience in insurance sales or portfolio management
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Strong, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Life and/or General insurance products
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Preferred: Professional Certificate in Marketing (PCM)
2. Bancassurance Executive / Senior Executive - Qualifications & Experience
- Passed G.C.E. O/L and/or A/L examination.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the General Insurance industry.
- Completion of the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFC) from the Sri Lanka Insurance Institute (SLII) will be considered an added advantage.
- Completion of the Professional Certificate in Marketing (PCM) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) will also be considered an added advantage.
- Experience in Insurance (motor / fire) is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy is essential (MS Office – MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Drive & Google Drive).
- Age between 23 - 30 years.
