Non-negotiables
- Proven experience in cold kitchen operations in a hotel, resort or high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food presentation, HACCP and hygiene standards
- Creative, quality-focused and able to perform under pressure
- A passion for innovation, teamwork and guest satisfaction
- Pre-opening hotel or resort experience will be an added advantage
