Non-negotiables

  • Proven experience in cold kitchen operations in a hotel, resort or high-volume kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food presentation, HACCP and hygiene standards
  • Creative, quality-focused and able to perform under pressure
  • A passion for innovation, teamwork and guest satisfaction
  • Pre-opening hotel or resort experience will be an added advantage
