- Manage production schedules and resources n
- Supervise staff and enforce safety and quality standards n
- Maintain quality control systems n
- Coordinate with supply chain for raw materials n
- Track key production metrics for improvement n
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance n
The ideal candidate should have

- Education: B.Sc. n
- Leadership: Strong team supervision and problem-solving skills. n
- Operations: Familiarity with workflows and quality standards. n
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication; ability to meet deadlines under pressure. n
