STUDENT COUNSELOR

nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

- Possesses a Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or an equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Management, CIM, SLIM, or a related field. n
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the private higher education sector. n
- Proven track record of successfully following up on leads and achieving assigned sales and enrollment targets. n
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :

- Result-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated with a persuasive personality. n
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. n
- Strong communication and presentation skills. n
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Sinhala will be an added advantage. n
- Ability to provide professional guidance and counselling to prospective students and parents. n
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems will be an added advantage. n
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Ability to work on weekends. n
