Sales Engineer
n
We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between customer requirements and technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their operational challenges, recommend suitable solutions, prepare technical proposals, and support the complete sales cycle from initial consultation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities
n
n- Meet customers to understand their business processes, operational challenges, and technical requirements.
n- Design and recommend technology solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable business value.
n- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to gather solution requirements.
n- Prepare solution designs, technical specifications, Bills of Materials (BOM), and cost estimates.
n- Develop technical proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
n- Support the sales team during customer meetings, negotiations, and proof-of-concept activities.
n- Coordinate with engineering, project, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
n- Keep up to date with emerging technologies, products, and industry trends.
n- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing technical advice and post-sales support.
n- Assist in achieving departmental sales and profitability targets.

Requirements
n
n- Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
n- Minimum 2–5 years' experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, systems integration, automation, enterprise IT, or industrial technology solutions.
n- Good understanding of Barcode, RFID, Enterprise Mobility, Networking, Industrial Automation, Machine Vision, Robotics, or related technologies.
n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical customer solutions.
n- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
n- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical requirements and business objectives.
n- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
n- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits and site surveys.
