Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closing activities
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations
- Review general ledger transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Support audits, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting matters
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate records using Odoo ERP
REQUIREMENTS
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with prior experience in the apparel manufacturing industry being an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Odoo
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
