Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closing activities
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations
  • Review general ledger transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial records
  • Support audits, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting matters
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate records using Odoo ERP

REQUIREMENTS

  • Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with prior experience in the apparel manufacturing industry being an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
