POST OF SOUS CHEF

Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Contribute to menu planning and innovation.
- Maintain inventory and support cost control measures.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in same capacity in star class hotel.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
