Field Service Executive – HERO Operation

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate field service activities and service schedules for technicians.
- Ensure timely assignment of service requests to field service technicians.
- Monitor progress of field service jobs and follow up on completion.
- Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and job progress, ensuring service requests, inquiries, and complaints are handled promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Maintain accurate service records, job cards, technician reports, and service activity documentation while ensuring timely updates in the ERP/service management system.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure availability of required parts for field service activities.
- Monitor usage of spare parts related to field service operations.
- Provide administrative support to field service technicians.
- Assist in planning technician schedules and route planning for field visits.
- Prepare periodic reports on field service activities and service performance.
- Monitor service completion timelines and service quality.
- Ensure all field service operations comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Requirements
- G.C.E. (O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L), Diploma/Certificate/Degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in service coordination, customer service, technical administration or a similar role (automotive/two-wheeler industry preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP service management systems.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and effectively collaborate within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting accuracy.
