To safeguard our growing portfolio of proprietary technologies, international trademarks, and design patents, we are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Legal Counsel to spearhead our Intellectual Property division and support broader corporate operations.

Corporate Lawyer - Intellectual Property (IP)
The right candidate should have following credentials:
- Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka.
- Minimum 3–5 years of corporate or law firm experience focusing on IP.
- Familiarity with Sri Lankan IP law regimes and international systems (WIPO/Madrid Protocol).
- Strong analytical capabilities, superior contract drafting skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of ATG's global IP portfolio, including registered trademarks, patents, proprietary designs, and domain names.
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related commercial contracts as well as agreements across general business practice areas.
- Provide legal counsel on diverse corporate matters, regulatory compliance, labor relations, BOI affairs, and operational business needs.
Location & Travel:
- Colombo Office working in direct coordination with ATG's primary external law firm.
- Requires periodic visits to ATG Factories as needed.
