F&B MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all F&B operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and lead teams through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with HACCP and luxury service standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of F&B Management experience, in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong financial and commercial knowledge including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop teams.
