Teardrop Hotels is a collection of 9 luxury boutique hotels across Sri Lanka, and a restaurant in the heart of Colombo.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient management and exceptional guest satisfaction. You will work closely with department heads to drive operational excellence, monitor business performance, ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations, and build a positive, high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with proven background in hospitality management.
- Should possess excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic, challenging environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to hotel operations is essential.
