VACANCY
HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)
The Head of Information Technology plays a pivotal role in leading the technological initiatives of the school. Reporting directly to the Principal, he/she will work closely with division heads, staff, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning relating to IT
- Data Security, Management and Compliance
- Network Maintenance
- Technology Integration, Innovation and Improvement
- Stakeholder Collaboration
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Managerial experience in Information Technology.
- Strong understanding of data security, network infrastructure, and emerging technologies in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders are necessary.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align technology with the school's educational requirement
- Knowledge of relevant data protection laws and regulations.
