Executive Compliance and Control

n

Are you passionate about Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way? Join us as an Executive – Compliance & Controls and play a key role in strengthening governance, managing business risks, and ensuring compliance across the organization. The role further entails:

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance and control initiatives across the organization.
  • n
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • n
  • Assist in mapping and improving business processes to strengthen compliance.
  • n
  • Support internal audit assignments, compliance reviews, and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • n
  • Help identify, assess, and mitigate business and operational risks.
  • n
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a strong compliance culture.
  • n
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Who We Want

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • n
  • A recognized professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, will be an added advantage.
  • n
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • n
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical insights.
  • n
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • n
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • n
  • Willingness to travel to outstation locations when required.
  • n
