Agriculture Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day agricultural field operations.
- Monitor crop growth and recommend appropriate agronomic practices.
- Provide technical guidance to farmers and field staff.
- Conduct field inspections and prepare regular progress reports.
- Coordinate planting, harvesting, irrigation, and pest management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and agricultural best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in agricultural field operations (preferred).
- Freshers are also warmly welcome.
- Knowledge of crop production, pest and disease management, and fertilizer application.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid motorcycle riding licence and willingness to travel extensively.
