Position 1. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
n
n- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
n- Ensure all invoice details (customer information, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts etc.) are accurate.
n- Maintain proper records of all invoice and supporting documents.
n- Perform other duties assigned by the Management within the Accounts Department.
n
n
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
n
n- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CMA, AAT, or a degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance.
n- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
n- Sound knowledge of accounting software, QuickBooks (QB), and Microsoft Excel.
n
n
Position 2: ACCOUNTS INTERN
n
n- Currently following AAT, CA Sri Lanka, CMA, CIMA, or an undergraduate Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
n- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
n- Eagerness to learn with good communication and teamwork skills.
n
n
Position 3. STORE ASSISTANT
n
n- Perform general store-related duties as assigned.
n- Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
n- Help with packing and dispatching items.
n- Perform general store-related duties as assigned.
n
n
