ERP Project Manager
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to manage the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a Group of company. Please note that this position is offered on a fixed term contract for two years.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, preferably across a group of companies or multi-entity business environment. The selected candidate will coordinate with the ERP implementation partner, senior management, department heads, process owners, and end users to ensure successful delivery from requirement gathering through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
Contract Objective
The contract objective is to ensure the ERP implementation is delivered on time, within agreed scope, with properly documented requirements, effective vendor coordination, successful user training, and smooth go-live adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full ERP implementation project lifecycle from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, go-live, and stabilization.
- Lead project coordination between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation partner, internal management, department heads, and end users.
- Manage ERP implementation activities across multiple departments and business functions, with the ability to handle group-company or multi-entity requirements where applicable.
- Conduct business process studies, facilitate requirement gathering workshops, and document functional and operational requirements.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, change requests, scope decisions, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate master data preparation, data migration, system configuration validation, UAT, user training, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare project status reports, steering committee updates, issue logs, change logs, and management documentation.
- Ensure effective communication, user adoption, process alignment, and timely escalation of project risks and decisions.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree or professional qualification in MIS, Business Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification, PMP, Agile, or other project management certification will be an added advantage.
- 7-10 years of ERP implementation and project management experience.
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle ERP implementations, preferably for a group of companies, multi-branch operation, or multi-entity business environment.
- Experience in managing vendor-led ERP projects, including scope control, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance, procurement, inventory, sales, warehousing, production, costing, reporting, and management dashboards.
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, commodity trading, or rice milling will be an advantage.
- Strong vendor coordination, project documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and user training skills.
