Receptionist / Student Support Officer

Work From Home | Sri Lanka

Join Australian College in a remote receptionist and student support role. You will be one of the first points of contact for students, applicants and callers, helping deliver clear, professional and timely support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails and online enquiries professionally
  • Support students and applicants with first-line information and guidance
  • Book appointments, follow up pending items and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and notes across internal systems
  • Escalate urgent or sensitive issues appropriately

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in reception, customer service, administration or student support
  • Experience working with Australian or UK customers is highly valued
  • Reliable internet, computer and a quiet home workspace
  • Organised, professional and detail-oriented
