Guest Relations Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- Address inquiries and provide excellent, personalized customer service.
- Manage appointments and facilitate smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle reception duties and related administrative tasks with efficiency.
- Promote appropriate wellness and screening services to guests based on their needs.
- Build lasting client relationships through professional and friendly engagement.
- Provide a premium lounge experience by serving refreshments, including tea and coffee, while ensuring guests' comfort and wellbeing throughout their visit.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and appointment management tools.
- Strong skills in guest relations and reception duties.
- Excellent command of the English language with outstanding customer service abilities.
- Ability to engage in sales conversations related to healthcare and wellness offerings.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
