POST OF MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
We are a leading BOI-approved fish processing and exporting company, operating in accordance with BRCGS and ISO 22000 Quality Standards.
We are looking for a Skilled and Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance activities of machinery, cold rooms/refer containers, Ice machines and factory equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of production lines with minimum downtime.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain proper records of all repairs & services.
- Manage utility systems including generators, compressors, solar power system and water and wastewater management systems.
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring workplace safety and compliance with food safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age between 35-55 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management (preferably in the food manufacturing industry).
- Diploma or NVQ level 4 or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, refrigeration systems, and factory utilities.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Should be able to write and read English.
SALARY AND OTHER FACILITIES

- Annual medical allowance is provided
- After successful completion of one year of service, you will be entitled to a monthly production bonus
