We're looking for an individual to join our team as a
TAX ASSOCIATE
D.P.R Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, a leading firm specializing in Accounting, tax consultancy & compliance, and payroll management, is part of the dynamic DPR group. With a proven track record of delivering tailored solutions to local and international clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Following or part qualification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Sri Lanka or a similar recognized professional body.
- A Bachelor's degree would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of tax computations, reconciliations and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with tax authorities and internal teams.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office package
- A self motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tax computations.
- Providing advice to clients on tax implications.
- Coordinating with the Inland Revenue Department on tax related matters.
- Support the team in meeting the relevant tax deadlines in a smooth and timely manner.
- Assist the Tax Manager in tasks as and when required.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations impacting the group and the accounting industry.
