QUALITY EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality and compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections and monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
- Support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a polymer, plastic, or automotive manufacturing environment.
- Experience in polymer processing, injection molding, thermoforming, or other plastic manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949 is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, CAPA, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Control Plans.
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques, measuring instruments, and Microsoft Excel.
