MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – FINANCE

With our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Kakkapalliya, Chilaw, and our Corporate Office in Colombo 03, we continue to expand our presence in both local and international markets.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking dynamic, ambitious, and career-oriented individuals to join our Finance Team as Management Trainees – Finance.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university; and/or
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong "can-do" mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel regularly to the factory in Kakkapalliya, Chilaw, as required.
Training & Career Development
The selected candidates will undergo a structured one-year Management Training Programme, providing exposure to key areas of finance, accounting, reporting, budgeting, costing, internal controls, and business operations.
Upon successful completion of the training programme and subject to satisfactory performance, trainees will be absorbed into the Company's permanent cadre, with excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Travel Requirement: Regular visits to the factory in Kakkapalliya, Chilaw.
