AGENCY MANAGER – NORTH CENTRAL

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and manage our agency sales operations within a designated zone.

What you do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in an assigned area.
  • Lead, coach, and support agency teams to perform at their best.
  • Recruit and onboard new agents while ensuring strong team alignment.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Build lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Promote a positive, customer‑focused team culture.

What you bring

  • A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
