AGENCY MANAGER – NORTH CENTRAL

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and manage our agency sales operations within a designated zone.
What you do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in an assigned area.
- Lead, coach, and support agency teams to perform at their best.
- Recruit and onboard new agents while ensuring strong team alignment.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and take corrective action when needed.
- Build lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Promote a positive, customer‑focused team culture.
What you bring
- A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
