Guest Relations and Operations Manager – Colombo
Role Responsibilities
- Guest Management: Handle all guest communications, reservations, registrations, check-ins, and checkouts.
- Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day operations, basic accounting, administration, maintenance, supplier coordination and ensuring the apartments are cleaned and ready for guests
- Staff & Team Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and manage onsite teams and staff.
- Property & Inventory Control: Inspect apartments before arrivals, track inventory, and coordinate with housekeeping and laundry services to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Housekeeping In Charge – Colombo
Role Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Quality Control: Lead daily briefings, assign cleaning zones, and conduct rigorous room inspections to maintain absolute top-tier cleanliness standards.
- Logistics & Vendor Management: Oversee linen workflows and manage external laundry vendors to ensure flawless turnaround times and zero shortages.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Track, audit, and restock guest amenities, cleaning supplies and linens while minimizing wastage and staying on budget.
- Maintenance Coordination: Proactively spot property defects and coordinate with the maintenance team for rapid resolution.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and chemical handling protocols while securely managing the property’s Lost & Found log.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotels or serviced apartments will be an advantage
- Ability to speak in English
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle situations
Cleaning / Housekeeping Staff – Colombo
Requirements
- Age between 25 – 45 years (Male / Female)
- Prior experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and responsibly.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Residing in Colombo or surrounding areas will be considered an added advantage.
