ASSOCIATE ERP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
DEPARTMENT - BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training and create user guides when required.
- Support system implementation, upgrades, and deployment activities.
WHAT YOU BRING?
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in an ERP or similar functional role. They should have a basic understanding of ERP systems and the ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements effectively. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, as well as good communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
