JOB TITLE: OPERATION EXECUTIVE
- Monitor expiry dates: Track product expiration dates across all grocery and seafood departments, ensuring expiring items are discounted or removed according to store policy.
- Maintain inventory reorder levels: Monitor stock counts continuously to ensure inventory does not fall below minimum reorder levels, preventing out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate procurement process: Initiate and arrange the purchasing process by submitting restocking requests, drafting purchase orders, and communicating with suppliers.
- Oversee the cleaning, water filtration, and sanitation of livestock health and present an attractive display to customers.
- Monitor stock freshness and immediately report any spoiled or damaged product.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION: Higher National Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
- EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of executive-level experience in FMCG, local supermarket chains.
- INVENTORY CONTROL: Hands-on experience with retail ERP POS and accounting software.
