Assistant Engineer (Mechanical / Maintenance)
A well-established Sri Lankan company, seeking for following engagement
Textrip (Pvt) Ltd, a leading Sri Lankan manufacturer of premium resistance bands, is seeking a proactive Assistant Engineer to support our Head Office/factory in Bentota.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support special projects and supervise maintenance activities
- Implement maintenance & inventory management systems
- Minimize machinery downtime & attend work orders promptly
- Develop energy-saving methods & manage the mechanical workshop
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with production
Experience & Qualifications:
- HND / Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or BET in Mechanical engineering
- 1-4 years experience in production/maintenance engineering
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance & inventory management
- Strong problem-solving, communication & supervisory skills
