nnJOB PROFILE
n- n
- Support the Legal Department by managing timely contract renewals, including consultant retainers, leases and service contracts, to prevent delays. n
- Assist in building and maintaining a digital contract database and support compliance by ensuring timely license renewals. n
- Streamline contract execution processes by ensuring accurate placement of signatures and seals, reducing errors and delays. n
- Provide administrative support to the Legal Manager by handling routine tasks such as clerical work, litigation assistance, land registry follow ups and document management etc. n
CANDIDATE PROFILE
n- n
- Undergraduate or recently completed a degree in Law or a related field. n
- Knowledge on healthcare law will be an advantage. n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. n
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills. n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documents, contracts and compliance related tasks. n
