Arctek Innovations (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Factory Manager (Male) to lead and manage our factory operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day factory and production operations.
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, quality, and wastage while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage factory staff, including workforce planning, attendance, discipline, training, and performance.
- Manage, monitor, and ensure the timely renewal of all factory-related licenses, certifications, permits, registrations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities, regulatory bodies, auditors, and external agencies to maintain full statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and proper upkeep of machinery, equipment, and factory facilities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Production Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing management role.
- Strong leadership, people management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality control, factory operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and take ownership of operational performance.
- Computer literacy and experience with ERP or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
