NETWORK MAINTENANCE MANAGER
OKI International School Network, seeking a well-qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring the school's infrastructure and facilities are well-maintained and fully functional. This role involves forecasting, planning, organizing and directing maintenance activities, managing staff, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders regarding school events and daily operations across network.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- 2-5 years of experience in facility and maintenance management.
- Diploma in maintenance management or relevant field.
- Applicant age should be over 35 years.
- Proficiency in managing labour.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Residents near to Wattala area are preferable to apply.
