SECTION LEADER / SUPERVISOR
Deshelling Section
Section Leader / Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily deshelling operations.
- Ensure production targets are met with efficiency and quality.
- Manage manpower and allocate duties effectively.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of machinery.
- Monitor quality of deshelled nuts and minimize breakage.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards.
- Prepare daily reports on production and manpower.
Requirements
- Experience in deshelling or similar area (2+ years preferred).
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
- Willing to work in shifts.
Coconut Oil Section
Section Leader / Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all coconut oil production activities.
- Ensure optimum oil yield and product quality.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure standard compliance.
- Ensure proper operation of expeller, boiler, filter and other equipment.
- Manage manpower, training and performance.
- Maintain hygiene, safety and 5S standards.
- Prepare daily production reports.
Requirements
- Experience in coconut oil manufacturing (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of oil extraction, filtration and quality control.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage team and meet production targets.
- Willing to work in shifts.
Nut with Husk Section
Section Leader / Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, grading and handling of nuts with husk.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Monitor quality and reject damaged or low quality nuts.
- Coordinate loading, unloading and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate stock records and reports.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work area.
- Control moisture and proper ventilation of storage.
Requirements
- Experience in nut receiving / warehouse operations (2+ years preferred).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and grading.
- Ability to manage stock and documentation.
- Willing to work in shifts.
