WE ARE HIRING! PRODUCTION MANAGER - COIR SECTION
Join our passionate team and lead excellence in coir manufacturing and value added coir products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, direct and oversee all coir production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure production targets are met with high quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules and workflows.
- Monitor and optimize production processes, equipment performance and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental regulations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the coir production team to drive performance and accountability.
- Manage inventory, raw materials and coordinate with supply chain for smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Has strong knowledge and experience in coir manufacturing and coir based products.
- Possesses excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Has good understanding of production planning, quality control and process improvement.
- Is analytical, result oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Has experience in machinery operations, preventive maintenance and cost control.
- Is passionate about quality, efficiency and sustainable manufacturing.
