ASSISTANT ENGINEER – MEP
Grand Apartments is hiring ASSISTANT SITE ENGINEERS AND Technical Officers to support site operations across our residential apartment projects. This role is suited for someone with hands-on experience in supervising structural and finishing work, who can ensure quality execution and report technical matters to the Site Engineer. You’ll work closely with subcontractors and site supervisors to keep progress on track and construction aligned with drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
- Conduct inspections and assist with testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD with strong communication skills.
