Crown and Champa Resorts is seeking a dynamic Digital & Content Executive to enhance brand presence, drive effective digital communication, and deliver innovative strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Produce engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media and digital marketing campaigns, growing communities and monitoring performance.
- Track metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams and support influencer marketing initiatives.
- Enhance user experience and optimize content for engagement, conversion, and timely delivery.
Qualifications & experience
- University diploma or degree with proven experience in digital marketing or content roles.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with ability to analyze data for strategy.
- Able to turn ideas into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience in hotels, advertising, or ad-tech is a plus.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, team-oriented environments.
