SENIOR EXECUTIVE - MARKET CONDUCT & CUSTOMER PROTECTION

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of AIA's Market Conduct Framework
  • Assist in developing and maintaining market conduct policies and governance frameworks in line with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring across the customer lifecycle
  • Support the preparation of regulatory submissions, management reports, and Board reports on conduct-related matters
  • Identify and monitor conduct risks while supporting remedial actions and controls
  • Promote a culture of customer-centricity, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance through awareness and training initiatives

Candidates are required to have

  • Degree in Business Management, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Professional qualification in Compliance or Risk Management will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity
  • Good understanding of IRCSL regulations, Market Conduct requirements, and Consumer Protection frameworks
  • Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
