CENTER MANAGERS

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Computer literacy, ability to work under stress and manage a demanding work force, ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position managing a Pre-School or worked as Director / Head
  • Preferably a Degree or Master qualification or equivalent educational qualifications including a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Proficiency in English writing and speaking is required

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all teacher are ready each day with teaching aids/activities so as to make the teaching environment student friendly
  • To organize parent teacher meetings / concerts and any such activities that will showcase student’s talents and organizational / creative skills of teachers
  • Be Responsible for the collection of term fee, banking of fees together with administering a petty cash budget
  • Coordinating and chairing staff meetings as appropriate including agendas and minutes
  • Marketing and Advertising the Center as necessary to ensure it runs to its full capacity. New admissions and registration of students to be handled by the center manager.
