RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute PM and CM tasks as assigned including predictive maintenance, on-site installations, repairs,maintenance, and modifications.
- Conduct online monitoring, identify issues, develop corrective action plans and respond promptly toemergency call-outs.
- Supervise engineering/implementation works on-site, managing delivery processes, petty cash, and projectsettlements.
- Ensure compliance with safety precautions and PPE.
- Take responsibility for all on-site activities, adhere to BOQ, and actively participate in site visits related tosales.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach in project sites, combining technical expertise with efficient problemsolving and oversight of various maintenance and implementation tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Solar Photovoltaic Technician (NVQ 4) or equivalent certification from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role.
- Having previous experience and knowledge of solar PV installation will be a definite advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, labour handling and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
