MANAGER-TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
◆ Manage Centre staff (Cashiers & Managers) recruitments and onboarding process ◆ Developing and delivering induction training for Center Managers and Cashiers ◆ Identify employee training needs and organize training programmes /workshops as required and collecting feedback for evaluating effectiveness
- ◆ Managing ongoing projects related to HR and training initiatives
- ◆ Presenting HR dashboards and collaborating on strategy development
- ◆ Organizing staff gatherings and participating in key corporate events
- ◆ Closely engage with Centre staff and addressing staff grievances
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- ◆ Master of Business Administration degree
- ◆ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- ◆ Relevant certifications in training and development methodologies would be an added advantage
- ◆ At least 7 years of experience in Learning & Development roles
- ◆ Under 50 years of age
