ASSISTANT MANAGER - COMPLIANCE

LOCATION

HEAD OFFICE

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic individual who is aspired to holistically support the Senior Manager Compliance to handle compliance related tasks.

Key responsibilities

Ensure adherence with Allianz Group policies. and guidelines, including Anti Money Laundering, Sanctions and Terrorist Financing.

Implement and promote localized Allianz compliance policies and practices in the entities in Sri Lanka.

Assist Senior Manager Compliance conducting compliance testing and risk assessments as part of the Compliance Quality Assurance program.

Maintain relationships with all applicable regulators, regional and global teams. Work towards obtaining advisory and other required. services.

Conduct necessary trainings and assist business units with expert advise on subject matter when required.

LEVEL

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Key requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, business administration or relevant field of studies or an equivalent qualification.

A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in an Executive or Senior Executive level preferably in a Compliance related role.

Strong knowledge of Industry processors, financial crime compliance, anti-money laundering, global economic sanctions and regulatory aspects of financial crime compliance would give an edge.

Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages.
