You should ideally;
possess at least 4 years experience in a Bank/ Financial Institution with exposure to credit
have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank
possess a part qualification in Banking will be an added advantage
have good interpersonal and communication skills
possess knowhow of using Google Sheets/ Excel and other applications have a flair for excellent customer service
You will be mainly responsible for;
being accountable for Centralized Operations of all personal loans
assisting Marketing promotions, providing assistance to the Branch and other department in visiting PFS clients conducting training / awareness programmes as and when required reporting related to PFS products
