Coordinator - Marketing Equipment Management
VARUN BEVERAGES
Primary Role: To Support Marketing Equipment Department Support in administrating different functions like Parts Management, Equip- ment Movement, Supplier Bills processing, Equipment Inventory management and Asset Database Management.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities.
Monitor Equipment Moves for Customer Satisfaction.
Ensure that lead times for equipment moves are minimised. Model customer service behaviour to the organisation.
Ensure that the service department meets AOP plan objectives. Fully utilise the equipment asset base.
Processing Supplier Bills for Timely Payments
Sustain best practice processes and systems to enhance organisational efficiency.
Collect, monitor, update and reinforce core work measures. Implement Process for Parts Management.
Provide coaching and support to entire service organisation in Docu- mentation Accuracy..
Insure that regulatory requirements are met by workforce.
Insure that assets are maintained in a clean and organised manner.
Candidate profile
B.Tech (Mechanical) Or Diploma in Me- chanical.
Three-year experience in home appliances service field.
Age below 37 years.
Proficiency in using MS Office packages.
Good Communication Skills.
