ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Efficiently process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and systemizing.
Manage vendor relationships by maintaining vendor records and addressing inquires.
Contribute to month end reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with the finance team on various projects and provide audit support.
Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
1 to 2 years of accounts payable or related finance experience.
Preferred part qualification in AAT/CMA/CA.
Reasonable understanding in accounting entries and general ledger posting.
Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Exposure to ORACLE/ERP system in added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Preferably candidates reside in Colombo area.
