Your responsibilities will be to,
product development and management.
achieve card acquisition, spend, income, cost, profitability and attrition targets.
set and monitor financial performance metrics.
set pricing strategies based on cost analysis, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
work closely with branches, product and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
work with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of products into digital platforms.
ensure cardholder lifecycle management initiatives are implemented on a timely basis.
