10 HRA HR ASSISTANT

As HR Assistant, you will be required to be part of the Strategic HR Business Partnering team who will assist in aligning People strategy with our business strategy. We are looking for a growth-oriented individual who has a passion for people management in a factory environment.

Qualifications and Competencies required

Degree in Human Resources Management from a reputed university or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management

1-2 years of working experience in human resources management

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Excellent working knowledge in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint / Canva / Success Factors (HRIS)

Strong organization and time management skills

Interest in working in a unionized environment with both executive & non- executive associates
