Requirements

  • CIMA passed finalist
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Business Administration would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and proactive work ethic

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager Corporate Planning in formulating both the long-term and short-term goals of the company
  • Support the team in forecasting business performance
  • Monitor and evaluate financial and operational performance of business units and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the compilation and publishing of the company annual report
  • Collect and convert macro data into trends for analysis and interpretation
  • Assist in preparing investor presentations and materials
